TERMS & CONDITIONS
All rates are listed per person in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude GST and applicable local taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Gratuities are not included in the listed prices but are always appreciated for exceptional service.
Missed services, including no-shows or late arrivals, are non-refundable.
Unless otherwise noted during the booking process, these policies apply to all services provided by Banff Mountain Chauffeur Inc.
Please note that travel times may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or weather. While we make every effort to remain on schedule, delays may occasionally occur to ensure guest safety and service quality.
Banff Mountain Chauffeur Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during transportation. We recommend keeping valuables with you at all times.
We encourage all travellers to purchase independent travel insurance to protect them in the event that they are delayed for any reason.
PET POLICY
To maintain the comfort and safety of all passengers, pets are not permitted on any of our services. Exceptions may be made for certified service dogs with appropriate documentation and advance notice. Please note: emotional support animals are not accepted.
