Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below. Please review our policy carefully before making any changes to your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Banff Mountain Chauffeur Inc., we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a 48-hour cancellation policy on standard bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service, and we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, including late arrivals or no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

For group bookings of 6 or more guests, as well as private or custom itineraries, a minimum of 5 business days notice is required for cancellations or modifications. Certain custom bookings may require additional notice; if applicable, this will be communicated during the booking process.

Trip Cancellation by Banff Mountain Chauffeur
BMC reserves the right, as the trip operator and owner, to cancel any trip at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In the event that BMC cancels a trip, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made. BMC is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation.
