CANCELLATION POLICY
At Banff Mountain Chauffeur Inc., we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a 48-hour cancellation policy on standard bookings/ Moraine Lake tours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service, and we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, including late arrivals or no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
For group bookings of 6 or more guests, as well as private or custom itineraries, a minimum of 5 business days notice is required for cancellations to receive a refund. Certain custom bookings may require additional notice; if applicable, this will be communicated during the booking process. Private trip cancellations will be charged a 5% booking fee.
Trip Cancellation by Banff Mountain Chauffeur
BMC reserves the right, as the trip operator and owner, to cancel any trip/Moraine Lake tours at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In the event that BMC cancels a trip, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made. BMC is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation.
