Where do you pick up?
Hotel pickup and drop‑off are included for all Banff accommodations. Canmore pickup may be available on select or private bookings, depending on the tour.
How do I know my exact pickup time?
Your confirmation email includes your pickup time or pickup window. Sunrise tours have earlier seasonal pickup times to ensure we arrive before sunrise.
How long do we spend at each lake?
Most tours include about 1.5 hours at Moraine Lake and 1 hour at Lake Louise, unless otherwise stated in the tour description.
What’s included in the tour?
Premium transportation with a local driver‑guide. Each tour lists its exact inclusions during booking.
Can I bring luggage or bags?
Small bags and backpacks are fine. If you have larger luggage, contact us before your tour so we can confirm space.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Yes. Tours run in most conditions. If a tour must be cancelled due to safety, road closures, or extreme weather, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline and refund terms are shown during booking and in your confirmation email. Cancellations after the deadline or no‑shows are generally non‑refundable.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Changes depend on availability and may not be possible close to departure.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Child seats are available on request and must be arranged in advance.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes. Private sunrise, sunset, and custom itineraries are available year‑round.
